Joe Biden Launches His Campaign For President
Running for US President is not a joke, it’s tremendous amount of hard work. I appreciate Joe Biden for still want to contribute to the society in a very meaningful way at this age. I don’t have any disrespect for his age, still it may be better for US to have younger generations leaders. May be he is forced to run because Trump is running.
Tucker Carlson is out of Fox news
Private messages sent by Mr. Carlson that had been redacted in legal filings showed him making highly offensive and crude remarks that went beyond the inflammatory, often racist comments of his prime-time show and anything disclosed in the lead-up to the trial.
Looks like this’s ^^ what lead to firing Tucker. Glad he’s out, he feeds to the extremists & aggravates the political divide.
Bed Bath & Beyond Files for Bankruptcy
On Sunday, the 52-year-old retailer said it was filing for bankruptcy protection in United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. It said it would start the process of closing the company’s 360 Bed Bath & Beyond stores and 120 Buy Buy Baby locations on Wednesday and seek to sell parts of its business. In its Chapter 11 filing , the company said it expected all stores to close by June 30.
Though economic downturn are tough, hope it forces us to shift the resources to focus on the future.
Big banks asked for final bids on First Republic
U.S. regulators have asked banks for their best and final takeover offers for First Republic by Sunday afternoon, in a move that authorities hope will cap a period of uncertainty for regional lenders.
Sad to see First Republic’s end after 38 year run. The economy is tough out there for many. Hope with the banking crisis stops here.
Personal Update
Went out on Friday to watch the PS2, it was way better than PS1. First time experienced Cinemark XD, it way very good experience to watch these great movies.
